No, we don't rent out any of our garages. They are for sale. However, individual owners may decide to rent out their units if they wish.
HOW MUCH DOES A GARAGE COST?
Cost depends on the size and design of the garage. Utilities are individually metered. Contact us directly and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there are several options for financing. We are happy to provide a list of local lenders who offer various loan options.

Yes, you will be able to secure a unit in advance with a small, refundable deposit. Use our contact form to let us know you are interested, and we will respond with information on how to reserve a space.
DO I REALLY OWN THE GARAGE CONDO?
Yes! Upon closing you become the owner of the unit, just like you would when purchasing a residential condominium. However, keep in mind that this is considered commercial property and you can not live in your garage. However, you can build kitchenettes, bathrooms, second floors, install lifts, cabinets, etc. You can also rent out, refinance, or sell your unit.
